Pipeline Monitor (PLM) basic volumetric variance formula

The following is the basic formula for volumetric variance:

where:

dLraw = Unfiltered variance in one minute.

KT = The Balance Tuning Factor, which defaults to 1. This is configured for the Pipeline Monitor (plm) record.

∆V0 = Out meter volume changes.

∆V1 = In meter volume changes.

∆LP = Linepack changes, equal to the new linepack value minus the old value.

∆TV = Tank volume changes.
