The Fragment Edit dialog allows attributes of the fragment to be modified.
Note: This task can also be accomplished using the Batch Edit utility.
To access the Fragment Edit dialog

Select the row header of the record you want to modify in the Fragments Summary on the Pipe Segment Control window.
The Fragment Edit dialog appears.
