All related pressure and flow rate points must be configured in the same Pressure / Flow Monitoring (Pressmon) record.
Part of the application configuration is done via the following start-up command:
BIN/pressmon [-s <sleep interval>] [-r <refresh interval>]
where:
-
-s is used to specify a sleep interval other than the system default. A typical value is 10 seconds.
-
-r is used to specify a base time refresh interval other than the system default. A typical value is 3600 seconds. The value must be less than 7200.
Details on how to configure the individual fields of the database tables are provided in Pressure / Flow Monitor (Pressmon) configuration. Some parameters can be changed through the Controller’s easy eXtended Operator Station (ezXOS) interface. For more information on the parameters, refer to "Understand Pressure / Flow Monitoring (Pressmon) Operations" within the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids Controller Guide documentation.
