View individual Reflex records on the Reflex Control dialog

The Reflex Control dialog allows you to see the details of a reflex record. While the Reflex Summary window can tell you if a reflex record is preparing to start, the Reflex Control dialog can tell you why. On it, there is a button to open up the Control dialog for the trigger point. If the reflex record is inhibited, a notification will appear in the top-right corner to inform the user that it is inhibited.
