Remote ticketing: Completed Ticket reports

If you, the Host, are controlling a Batch Transfer associated with a Flow Computer, there is an option that will allow you to manually upload the completed ticket information in the event that the automatic request fails.
An automatic request to upload the completed tickets is sent to the Flow Computer when the Batch Start Indicator Analog or the Batch Split Indicator Analog increases in value. When either the Batch Start Indicator Analog or the Batch Split Indicator Analog increases in value, the difference in the values will determine how many completed tickets will be requested.
For example, assume that the Batch Start Indicator Analog has a current value of five, and the Batch Split Indicator Analog has a current value of eight. After these values are recorded, a communications outage occurs. When communication with the device is restored, the Batch Start Indicator Analog point is reporting a value of eight and the Batch Split Indicator Analog point now reports a value of ten.
Since a batch start and a batch split generate a Completed Ticket report, the difference in values is accounted for in the following way:
-
Batch Start Indicator Analog (before):5
-
Batch Start Indicator Analog (after):8
The Batch Start Indicator Analog indicates an increase of three.
-
Batch Split Indicator Analog (before): 8
-
Batch Split Indicator Analog (after): 10
The Batch Split Indicator Analog indicates an increase of two.
Since a Batch Start and a Batch Split generate a Completed Ticket, a total of five Completed Tickets will be uploaded.
