Valve operations

In most instances, the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids Valve Object provides a wrapper for a generic telemetry point (a status or multistate) and interprets the reading from the point, turning it into a more valve-relevant status. The way the information received from the status or multistate point is interpreted is defined by your Administrator.

Note: In some instances, for example, synthetic valve case, the Valve Object is a wrapper for two separate valve objects not a generic telemetry point.
