Calculate the mass for VFCs

To calculate the mass, the system uses the delta masses reported by the child accumulators as a basis for the calculations. The following procedure is used:

VFC Delta Mass = Sum of (Accumulator Delta Mass)

VFC Current Mass = VFC Delta Mass + VFC Previous Mass
