Use Summary windows

AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids data is displayed through a number of Summary windows. Summary windows are a method to view all related records in one view. However, most of the information will be displayed on custom displays with pipeline specific content, such as that displayed on the Pressure Monitor Control window. The names and associated attributes (data) are displayed in the column Table Display.

Also displayed is the information about the quality of data.

You can do the following from a Summary window:

• Navigation

  • In the top right hand corner of the screen, there is an up/down arrow that allows you to page through screens of data instead of having to use the scroll bar filters.

  • Located at the top of the summary screen, there are checkboxes available for selection, which will filter the data shown.

    For example, if you select the pipeline checkbox, it will enable you to select a pipeline if the system has several pipelines.

• Action Items

  • The action items on the summary screens are buttons which take you to another screen, take an action on selected data or dismiss the screen.
