The Batch Tracking Compiler (BTC) Application Programming Interface (API) loads plugins using the standard OASyS extension architecture.
To load your custom assemblies, create a JSON file in the %DNADataRoot%\RealTime\config\settings directory with the following format:
{
"RealTime": {
"Extensions": {
"BatchTracking": {
"Example.dll": true
}
}
}
}
Where:
Example.dll = The name of the assembly placed in the %DNADataRoot%\RealTime\bin directory.
Notes: You can only configure one extension assembly at a time. If there are multiple assemblies
implementing the process_custom_field method, the system will only execute one of
them.
The plugin is an optional extension of the BTC application. It is only required if
there are custom fields in the BT file. If the BTC process encounters a custom field
in the BT file and does not find a BTC plugin to process the field, the process will
terminate with an error.
