Understand basic Tank record definition

The tank record has four standard fields that are required for any AVEVA Enterprise SCADA table. For more information, see Configuring the Main Tab of the Tank Record. The standard fields are as follows:

• Name

• Group

• Dataset

• Base Message

The Input Unit Profile field is used to assign units of measurement (also on the Main tab). This field is standard for AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids applications. For more information, see Working with Unit Profiles.
