Split a Maintenance Ticket

The Controller can initiate a Split command on an active batch that is flagged as a Maintenance Ticket. When a Maintenance Ticket is split:

• The active batch continues to be flagged as a Maintenance Ticket.

• The system behaves as described in the Understand the Ticket Split function topic.
