Understand the information fields of the Valve record

The information fields are set on the header of the Main tab of the valve record. The fields affect displays but are not used in Valve application processing. For Physical or Synthetic valve types, these fields are inherited from the settings in the assigned status or multistate record and cannot be edited. The fields are as follows:

• Description

• Safety Related

• Station

• Point Class

• Point SubClass

• Short Description

• Well Unit

• Priority Display

• Display Order
