Tickets are swapped using the Pending Ticket Control dialog.

To swap the active ticket with a pending ticket

  1. Click the row header for the pending ticket on the Pending Schedule dialog.

    The Pending Ticket Control dialog appears.

  2. Select Swap.

    The LMS Ticketing confirmation dialog is displayed to prevent unintended Batch Swaps.

  3. To proceed with swapping the currently active ticket with the pending ticket, select Yes.

    The LMS Ticketing dialog appears.

  4. Select OK.
