To enable the Pipeline Monitor (PLM) History Editing Functionality

From the Advanced Database Editor (ADE) window, select View > RealTime.
From the list that appears, select the application Table Edit.
Create a new record.
On the Main tab, enter the name EnablePlmHistoryEdit.

(The record must be named EnablePlmHistoryEdit in order for the change to be successful.)
Enter a Description (if desired).
Select a Group.
Select a Dataset.

Note: It is not necessary to configure Historical or PI Historical.
On the Values tab, the Floating Point Value, Integer Value, and String Value should be left at their default value of zero.
Select the Boolean Value checkbox.
Select Save.

Your Controller will now be able to edit the PLM History. For more information on the PLM History window, refer to the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids Controller documentation.
