The Remote Ticketing tab is used to indicate whether the batch transfer is host controlled or remote controlled.
Note: Remote Ticketing requires a plugin, for more information about the Remote Ticketing plugin, contact AVEVA Customer Support.
To designate the batch transfer (batchXfer) record as host-controlled or remote-controlled
-
Open the batchXfer record. For more information on opening a batchXfer record, see Open a BatchXfer record.
The batchXfer Row Edit dialog appears.

-
Click the Remote Ticketing tab.
The Remote Ticketing tab appears.

-
If you want to transfer control of the batching data to a flow computer based at a remote site, select Remote Ticket Control.
-
If you have selected Remote Ticket Control, you may want to further specify how the batch schedule is to be managed. Select one of the following:
-
Host: Schedule downloads can be initiated by the Controller from the Batch Transfer application by selecting Download Batch Schedule. For more information, refer to the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids Controller documentation.
-
Field: Schedule downloads are initiated by the flow computer itself. A schedule download request can be communicated back to AVEVA Enterprise SCADA using a polled field. When a request signal is received through this field, the schedule download occurs.
