Use summary windows

AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids data is displayed through summary windows. The names and associated attributes (data) are displayed in the columnar Table Display. Also displayed is the information about the quality of data.

You can do the following from a summary window:

• Navigation — In the top right hand corner of the screen, there is an up/down arrow that allows you to page through screens of data. Additional arrows allow quick scrolling to the first or last page.

• Scroll Bar Filters — These are check and text boxes that allow you to limit the set of Action Sequence objects that will appear on the summary window. For example, if you click select Group, it will enable you to select only those Action Sequence objects with a specific Group designation.

  There are two scroll bar filters that are unique to the Action Sequence Summary window:

  • Operator Inhibit

  • Administrator Inhibit

    Selecting one or both of these filters will allow you to sort for items that are inhibited by you or the Administrator.

• Action Items — The action items on the summary screens are buttons that take you to another screen, take an action on selected data or dismiss the screen.
