Step 5: Calculate an Indicated Volume (IV) counter for the Accumulator

A counter value is calculated for the accumulator, referred to as the Indicated Volume (IV). The Volume delta is added to the IV. For more information on calculating the Volume delta, see Step 4: Calculate the Volume delta.
