AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids

Understand Flow Network Route

  • Last UpdatedApr 24, 2025
  • 1 minute read

AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids supports the creation of independent Flow Network Route objects within the RealTime database (RTDB). Flow Network Routes represent a connection between two devices or terminals within a Flow Network, or between multiple interconnected Flow Networks, and can be used by other higher-level applications such as third party leak detection, or simply to allow you to quickly view the status of a Flow Network.

This document will assist you in accessing and controlling Flow Network Routes in an operating environment.

Note: Components on the control displays are enabled or disabled based on the current active mode's privileges. This is configured through the records' controllable privileges in DistribuSyS. If you do not have permission to control the record, the following message will appear on your control displays: Active mode prohibits control from this system. Talk to your Administrator for more information.
