You have the option of manually requesting an upload of a specific number of the most recently completed tickets from the Flow Computer.

To upload a number of completed tickets

  1. Navigate to the Navigation section of the Batch Transfer Control window.

  2. Select Remote Ticketing.

    The Remote Ticketing Menu appears.

  3. In the Completed Tickets section, enter the number of tickets to be uploaded.

  4. Select Upload Completed Tickets.

  5. The tickets are sent to the Historical database.
