Telemetry failures

An outage to any pressure, analog or rate record will result in the Pressure / Flow Monitoring (pressmon) record being flagged as stale. In this event, the calculation will be unaffected. Calculations will use the last good reading, assuming that pressure or flow rate is unchanged during the outage.
