Use the Batch Transfer Control window to view information on a Batch Transfer’s active ticket as well as Start, Split, and Stop the active ticket. You can also use the window to manage Maintenance Tickets.

The following table details the groups and fields on the Batch Transfer Control window.

Group

Field

Description

Name

The name of the associated batch transfer.

Current Status

The status of the Batch Transfer. Provides an indication of whether the record is normal, alarming, stale, stopped or inhibited.

Group

The group to which the Batch Transfer belongs.

Inhibit Status

Indicates whether or not the Batch Transfer record is currently being processed. If the device or its source is inhibited, information about the inhibit status will be provided.

Inhibit Record

Select the checkbox to inhibit. If you have selected the Inhibit Record checkbox, the Inhibit Status will change to Manual.

Active Batch

Batch ID

The name of the active batch.

Scheduled GSV

The scheduled GSV of the active batch.

Volume To Go

The GSV remaining in the active batch.

Est End Time

The estimated time that the application will complete processing the scheduled volume of the batch.

Active Ticket

Ticket ID

Identifier of the active ticket.

Product

The product type of the ticket.

Measured IV

The recorded Indicated Volume for the ticket, up to the present time.

Measured GV

The recorded Gross Volume for the ticket, up to the present time.

Gross Volume is the actual volume at flowing temperature and pressure after being corrected by the meter factor.

Measured GSV

The recorded Gross Standard Volume for the ticket up to the present time.

Gross Standard Volume is the volume after being corrected by the meter factor and pressure and temperature correction factors.

GSV Adjustment

Volume correction assigned by you.

Adjusted GSV

The Adjusted GSV represents the Measured GSV plus or minus the GSV Adjustment.

Consider the following example:

Measured GSV = 22081

GSV Adjustment = 300

GSV = 22381

NSV

Provides the Net Standard Volume (NSV). This is the volume corrected to standard temperature and pressure with sediment and water removed.

S&W (%)

The ratio of sediment and water volume to the total volume, expressed as a percentage. Valid possible entries can be between 0% and 100%.

S&W Volume

The amount of sediment and water contained in the product in volume units (same as GSV).

Total Flow Rate

The sum of the Gross Standard (GS) flow rates for all accumulators.

Mass

The sum of masses for all accumulators.

Adjusted Mass

The sum of masses for all accumulators + the GSV Adjustment converted to mass.

Current Hour Throughput

The amount of product that has passed through during the current hour.

Start Time

Start time of the current ticket.

WA S&W (%)

The average Sediment and Water Percent, weighted by volume.

WA Viscosity

The average Viscosity, weighted by volume.

WA Sulphur (% Volume)

The average Sulphur Percent, weighted by volume.

Configuration

Auto Switch

Indicates whether switch on volume has been enabled.

Allow Auto Inhibit

Indicates whether the Administrator has allowed the auto inhibit.

Contaminated

This field indicates whether or not the ticket was flagged as "contaminated" — a mixing of products that may make sample impure or unsuitable.

Remote

Indicates whether the ticket information is being provided by a remote flow computer.

Action Sequence

Indicates the Action Sequence executed when the current ticket was started.

Controls

If an Administrator has enabled Batch Switch on Manual Ticket Start, tickets will start on a delay so that the device in the field can be reset. By selecting Start Ticket Immediately, you will override the time period set to allow the field device to reset and start the ticket immediately.

Start

Select to start the next pending ticket.

When Start is selected, if the Batch Switch on Manual Ticket Start is configured by your Administrator, the Start button will gray out and be in a starting state, until a field device reset is observed.

Split

Select to split the active ticket.

Stop

Select to stop the active ticket.

Maint. to Normal

Select to switch a maintenance ticket to a normal ticket.

Navigation

Pending Tickets

Select to open the Pending Schedule window.

Completed Tickets

Select to view any Batch Schedules that are available for download.

Next Batch

Batch ID

The name of the next pending batch.

Scheduled

Product

Provides information about the product in the next batch.

Scheduled GSV

Provides information about the scheduled GSV.

Start Time

Start time of the scheduled ticket. This is entered when a new pending ticket is created.

Stop Time

Stop time of the scheduled ticket. This is entered when a new pending ticket is created.

Action Sequence
