The following values can be set as Parameter3 in the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA Chart Control Configuration wizard and to the Business Logic Tier (BLT) Line Type. For more information, see Work with the eXtended Editor (XE) DNA Chart Control.
|
Line Type |
Unique Data Attribute Name (Chart Parameter3/BLT LineType argument) |
Description |
|---|---|---|
|
Density |
DENS |
The density of the product in the batch along the pipeline. |
|
Elevation Distance |
ELEV |
The elevation of the pipeline in units of distance as configured in the .bt file and the Advanced Database Editor (ADE). |
|
Elevation Pressure |
ELEVP |
The elevation of the pipeline in units of pressure as configured in the .bt file or ADE. |
|
Gauged Pressure |
PRES |
The pressure of the pipeline as reported by the pressure transmitters. |
|
Adjusted Pressure |
PRESA |
The pressure of the pipeline as reported by the pressure transmitters, normalized for elevation. |
|
Maximum Operating Pressure |
MOP |
The maximum pressure for a line in units of pressure as configured in the .bt file or ADE. |
|
Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure |
MAXOP |
The maximum pressure for a line in units of pressure as configured in the .bt file or ADE, plus elevation pressure. |
|
Head Pressure |
HEAD |
The pressure of the pipeline as reported by the pressure transmitters, converted to units of head. |
|
Maximum Head Pressure |
MOH |
The maximum pressure for a line in units of head pressure as configured in the .bt file or ADE. |
|
Vaporization Pressure |
VAPOR |
The minimum pressure a product requires before it vaporizes, as configured on the product type record. |
|
Temperature |
TEMP |
The temperature of the pipeline as reported by pressure transmitters. |
|
Flow Rate |
FLOWR |
The current flow rate of the pipe segment. |

Extended Hydraulic Profile Point Data Attribute |
<extended data attribute> |
If the schema has been extended to include additional profile point data attributes
of type double, then these attributes can be queried using the Bthydplot BLT by passing
the data attribute name as the LineType argument. Extended data attributes can also
be plotted using the Hydraulic Profile display by using the data attribute name as
Parameter3 in the Chart Control Configuration. Ensure you use the case-sensitive name as defined
in the extended profile point structure. For more information about extending the schema, see Extend Hydraulic Profiles. For more information about using the Bthydplot BLT, see Bthydplot Business Logic Tier (BLT). |
For more information regarding each pen type, refer to the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids Controller Guide documentation.
