Pipeline Monitor (PLM) deviation filtering

For flexibility, the deviation in one minute is smoothed as follows:

where:

K = The filter constant for deviation, which defaults to 1. This is configured for the Pipeline Monitor (plm) record.

dLraw = Unfiltered deviation in one minute.

dLt-1 = The filtered volume deviation at the previous iteration.

dLT = The filtered volume deviation for the current iteration.
