Understand Countdown Targets for Virtual Flow Computer

Before a target can be set, the Countdown application must be configured to use the Virtual Flow Computer (VFC). This is an Administrator-level task. For more information, refer to the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids Administrator Guide documentation.
