Step 4: Update the counters

Counter values are calculated for the accumulator, referred to as Indicated Volume (IV), Gross Volume (GV), Gross Standard Volume (GSV), and Mass, IntegralValue, and FlowSeconds. The delta values are added to their respective counters.
