Weighted Average (WA) values for accumulators reset on the top of hour.
To calculate a Weighted Average Meter Correction Factor (MCF), the system uses the Indicated Volume (IV) reported by the accumulator as a basis for the calculations. The following procedure is used:

Where Accumulator Previous IV is the indicated volume accumulated since top of hour not including the current processing cycle.

To calculate a Weighted Average for Temperature (T), Pressure (P), Observed Density (OD), Flow Rate, Correction for Temperature of a Liquid (CTL), and the Correction for Pressure of a Liquid (CPL), the system uses the Gross Volume (GV) reported by the accumulator as a basis for the calculations. GV is the actual volume at flowing temperature and pressure after being corrected by the meter factor. The following procedure is used:

Where Accumulator Previous GV is the gross volume accumulated since top of hour not including the current processing cycle.

Where Y is one of the following: Temperature (T), Pressure (P), Observed Density (OD), Flow Rate, Correction for Temperature of a Liquid (CTL), or the Correction for Pressure of a Liquid (CPL).
To calculate a Weighted Average for Corrected Density (D), the system uses the Gross Standard Volume (GSV) reported by the accumulator as a basis for the calculations. The following procedure is used:
Accumulator Delta GSV = Accumulator Current GSV - Accumulator Previous GSV
Where Accumulator Previous GSV is the gross standard volume accumulated since Top of Hour (not including the current processing cycle).
Current WA of Corrected Density =
([(Current D value x Accumulator Delta GSV)+(Accumulator Previous GSV x Previous WA of D)])
(Accumulator Current GSV)
Where WA is Weighted Average and D is Corrected Density.
