Remote ticketing: Prove Reports

If you are controlling a Batch Transfer associated with a flow computer, there are a few unique options on the Batch Transfer Controls window.

The analog point that tracks the prove reports essentially serves as a counter. When the number recorded by the analog point increases, that serves as an indication to the system that a new prove report is available for upload. For example, if the value increased from four to six, two new prove reports would be uploaded to the system. This process is automatic.

While prove reports are automatically downloaded as part of the remote ticketing process, you may elect to manually initiate a download.

To manually initiate an upload of a Prove Report

1. Enter a value for the number of prove reports you wish to upload in the Number of Reports to Upload column.

   Note: The number that you can enter in this column is limited by the Maximum Number of Prove Reports that your Administrator has defined.

2. Select Upload Prove Reports.
