Pipeline Monitor (PLM) steady state operations

When the pipeline system is operated in a near-steady-state condition, the volume difference and linepack change are almost zero. Therefore, the steady state is represented at or near the origin on the signature plot. The origin is represented by the letter "O" in the signature plot diagrams in this section.
