This table outlines the read-only items that appear on the Reflex Summary window.

Item

Description

Name

Provides the name of the reflex record.

Description

Provides the description of the reflex record.

Group

Provides the group information with which the reflex record is associated.

State

Filters the reflex records by the State name value.

Note: For reflex records, State can be selected from the default reflex record message set in the dropdown list or by performing partial State text matching.

Inhibited

Indicates whether or not the reflex has been disabled.

Trigger Path

Indicates the point and field that is subject to monitoring. All of the changes to this point will be checked against the Required Trigger State to see if the reflex should be triggered.

If the point is in the Required Trigger State, the reflex will trigger once. It will not trigger again until the Trigger Path point has left the Required Trigger State and re-entered it.

Required Trigger State

Indicates the state the reflex's Trigger Path point must enter in order to trigger the reflex record.

Data Quality Threshold

The required quality threshold that must be met or surpassed for a reflex record to be started. This is checked when the Trigger Path’s field changes.

In order of best to worst, the quality indicators that are checked are:

  • Fresh

  • Offscan

  • Stale and Onscan

  • Manual

  • Error

If a data quality lower than threshold is detected, the reflex record will always fail data quality validation.

For example, assume that your Administrator has set a Data Quality Threshold of Fresh and the record is Fresh, but the Error indicator is also detected.

If the Trigger Path’s field is in the Required Trigger state, but the Data Quality Threshold is not met, the Reflex application will monitor the data quality fields of the Trigger Path and will re-check them on every change, starting the reflex record when the Data Quality Threshold is met or surpassed.

Status

The status of the reflex record.

Configured Timeout

The amount of time (in seconds) that the reflex is required to remain in the Trigger State after the Data Quality Threshold has been met before executing the configured Action Sequences. If the reflex leaves the Trigger State during the countdown, the countdown is canceled and the Action Sequences are not executed.

Time Remaining

The amount of time remaining in the countdown. Defaults to the same number as the Configured Timeout if no countdown was started.
