Wait to Active for Full Automatic Countdowns

This occurs when the associated multistate point transitions to the configured Start state. The application sets the start time to the current time and reads the starting count for the countdown from the rate record.

Active to Stopped for Full Automatic Countdowns

This occurs when the associated multistate point transitions to the configured Stop state.

Active to Stopped for Manual Start/Automatic Stop Countdowns

This occurs when the countdown value reaches zero. Whenever, a) the target is in Stopped mode for a Full Automatic or Manual Start/Automatic Stop countdown, and b) a Pending target is ready—the application automatically issues the Complete command.
