Take a snapshot of the pipeline model (automatic)

An Administrator can schedule a snapshot to be taken at a specified time through the Job Scheduler (JSH) (refer to the RealTime Administrator documentation). The system can also be configured to take a snapshot of the pipeline at the top of every hour.
AVEVA Enterprise SCADA keeps only a configurable number of these snapshot files; newer versions of the files overwrite the older versions. Snapshots are taken on a per-pipeline basis, so you can revert to a snapshot of one pipeline without affecting Batch Tracking for the other pipelines.
Selection will generate a binary file representation of the data content of the pipeline record and all records belonging to it. A confirmation dialog is presented before the file is generated and saved.
The files are saved in the DNA\RealTime\database\INTEL_NT\revertfiles directory and named using the pipeline name and time of file creation. The revert files directory needs to be created at the time of installation; it does not exist by default. Files created by this method can be reloaded when Revert is selected.
