When you select Stop, the system will process the batch in question one last time. At this point, the information about the batch, collected at an hourly granularity, will be sent to the Historical database with the appropriate timestamp. Additionally, the information is also stored in the Completed Ticket Summary. A new maintenance ticket will be automatically started in a Normal state. For more information on Maintenance Tickets, see Manage Maintenance Tickets.
On a Start, the next ticket will be taken from the pending queue, if one is available. If not, the Ticket Start fails.
Note: Ticket Stop works differently depending on whether your Batch Transfer is host-or remote-controlled. If your ticket information is supplied by a Telemetered Flow Computer, you will be able to select Stop; however, it may not work. If your ticket information is supplied by a Payload Flow Computer, however, selecting Stop will send the command to the Flow Computer to be issued.
