Understand inhibits

The inhibit of uncommanded state change alarms and events is configured on the Inhibits tab of the valve record. For more information, see Configuring the Inhibits Tab of the Valve Record.

This configuration is only necessary for the Logical valve type. For Physical and Synthetic valve types, the configuration of inhibits for these type of alarms is done on the associated status or multistate record.
