By default, when the Advanced Logic Processor (ALP) record successfully transitions into its target result, the system generates a non-persistent alarm. The alarms associated with the ALP's successful transition can be inhibited. The following procedure details how to inhibit the alarms.

To inhibit alarms associated with transitions of the ALP

  1. From the ALPConfig Row Edit dialog, select the Inhibits tab.

  2. Select the Inhibit Transition Alarm checkbox.
