Understand the Batch Tracking Inventory Historical database tables

The inventory for Batch Tracking is completed at the top of every hour. The system writes the information to the appropriate inventory tables, and the tables are used to create reports.

Taking an On-Demand Snapshot of the Pipeline Inventory

You can also take a snapshot of the pipeline inventory on-demand by running the following command:

lmsInventory.exe -b <pipeline name>

Running this command will store the information within the same historical tables.
