To start a Virtual Flow Computer (VFC) meter simulation

On the VFC Controls dialog, select Meter Simulate.
The Virtual Flow Computer Simulation dialog appears.

Enter a value in the GS Flow Rate field.
Zero and negative numbers will be rejected.

Enter a value in the Duration field.
The duration is accounted for in minutes. Zero indicates an indefinite duration.

Select Start.
During this simulation, the Virtual Flow Computer (VFC) Control dialog will indicate that there is a Meter Simulation in Progress [The amount of time remaining].
