Volume corrections

AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids provides support for multiple volumetric correction libraries including API 2004 and API 1980. The system uses these libraries to calculate correction factors and apply these factors to produce a gross standard volume. For scenarios where other libraries or standards need to be supported, AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids provides you with an extension point to provide your own volumetric calculation plugin.

How to Access the Software Development Kit (SDK)

An example of a volume correction plugin can be found in the Software Development Kit (SDK).

Example code is included within the developer environment that is created when you run the Initialize-DevEnvironment.ps1 script within C:\Program Files\AVEVA\DNA\Tools\scripts.

For example:

\Initialize-DevEnvironment.ps1 -Path C:\dev -Name RealTime

You can find the ExamplePlugin and related configuration files in: C:\dev\RealTime\source\Common\VolumeCorrectionPluginExample from LMS.Example.sln.
