Understand tank filtering

When the delta volume for a tank is calculated, sudden jumps in value are avoided by applying a filtering factor, configured at a value between zero and one. A factor of one is unsmoothed, that is, the delta is based only on last volume change.

where:
∆V(f) = Filtered delta volume.
KF = Configured filter factor.
∆V(fprev) = Previous filtered delta volume.
∆V(raw) = Raw current delta volume.
