Select the Pump record State Configuration

The State Configuration dialog allows a user to associate each message set entry on a selected status or multistate point with a pump state. This pump state will be used by all of the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids applications that rely on pump information. A row will be automatically generated for each entry of the message set of the point configured within the Path field.

Note: The message set of the status or multistate point is configured on the Main tab of the Status or Multistate Row Edit in the Base Message field. From there, you can select a number of possible message sets as long as the message set contains no more than 32 values. The pump record can have a different message set than the status or multistate. For more information on the pump message set, see Working with the Pump Message Sets.
