Define Interface Detect records

No interface detect records are required for general Batch Tracking operation. Detect records are used when an analog type device that detects density or sonic velocity in the pipeline fluid is in place for the purpose of detecting a batch change. The use of this device with the Interface Detection utility in Batch Tracking allows batch interfaces to be located.
