Work with Point of Interest (POI) message sets

The AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids installation includes a default Point of Interest (POI) message set that can be used on all POI records created within the RealTime database (RTDB). A project can also create custom POI message sets or alter an existing message set. However, for full functionality, the message set must contain two records.
