Understand pump Point of Interest events
- Last UpdatedApr 24, 2025
- 1 minute read
The following table lists events that are generated by the triggering of Point of Interests (POI) which can potentially cause an automatic pump shutdown. Events are generated against the status or multistate point associated with the pump, not the pump itself.
Notes: It is expected that no alarms are generated by POIs. If an alarm is required, the
status point underlying the POI should be configured to raise the alarm.
To update the event message configuration, refer to the msgInfo table row for Event
Message Identifier of interest. For more information on configuration using the msgInfo
table, refer to Volume 1 of the RealTime Administrator documentation.
