Tank Strapping Application Programming Interface (API)

The AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids Tank Strapping Application Program Interface (API) allows applications to convert tank strapping increments to volume, or vice versa. This functionality can be accessed through either an API provided in the OASySDNA.LMS.Tank.Strapping assembly, or through various Business Logic Tiers (BLTs) running on a RealTime server. The recommended method is through the OASySDNA.LMS.Tank.Strapping assembly, as this will provide a higher level of forward compatibility to applications if the BLT interface is modified.
