The AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Liquids installation includes a default flowNetworkRoute message set that can be used on all Flow Network Routes created within the RealTime database (RTDB). A project can also create custom Flow Network Route message sets or alter the existing message set as they see fit. However, for full functionality, this message set must contain three records in the following order.
|
Number |
Message Set Use |
Description |
|---|---|---|
|
0 |
Unknown |
This indicates that the Flow Network Route is in an Unknown state. Typically, this state occurs when a configuration error is present in the Flow Network Route. For example, if the Source or Destination does not exist within the configured Flow Network. |
|

Connected |
This state is used to indicate that the Flow Network Route can find a connection between the Source and the Destination. |
|
2 |
Disconnected |
This state is used to indicate that the Flow Network Route cannot find a connection between the Source and the Destination. |
