Pump Management application

The Pumpstation Management suite collects information on how the pump is operating, with the objective of reducing both power consumption and associated costs. To be successful, each pump unit module needs to have the following tables configured:

• unit table — One unit record represents a single pump. A unit record will belong to a pumpstation record.

• pumpstation table — A pumpstation record defines common attributes for a set of pumps. (For example, the time periods where peak electricity rates apply.)

In the past, Pump Management has been referred to by the component module names: Unit Statistics, Pump Unit Validation, and Station Efficiency. As these are interdependent and use the same set of tables, they have been consolidated under the Pump Management label.
