Description

Reset Record

You can force a pressmon record to reset its calculations and begin accumulating new values.

This might be required if testing was done at the location of a pressure point, or if communication with the telemetry gear for a point was lost and then restored.

Resetting a pressmon record does the following:

  • Resets all flow points (history and alarm state).

  • Clears the pressure history.

  • Sets the pressure state to normal.

To reset a pressmon record, selecting this will clear and initialize all values in Pressure Monitoring.

  1. Select Reset Record on the Pressmon Control Menu.

  2. In the Confirmation panel that appears, select Yes.

Do not reset a pressure point simply because it has issued a deviation alarm, even if the static pressure is within reasonable limits.

General Control

Allows for the configuration of the monitoring conditions associated with the pressure monitoring record.

Flow and Pressure

Opens a combined flow and pressure trend.
