Accept a meter factor

There are a few conditions under which it is inadvisable to accept a meter factor:

1. If the deviation of counts from the maximum pulse count to the minimum pulse count of all runs in the proving sequence is outside the allowable limits.

2. If a meter factor has already been accepted for the current ticket.

If the meter factor itself is outside allowable limits, but the count deviation of the consecutive runs is within limits, you are warned before accepting the meter factor and have to reconfirm the operation.
