There are a number of tables associated with the Virtual Flow Computer (VFC) in the Advanced Database Editor (ADE).

Before you configure your Virtual Flow Computer (VFC), you must create the appropriate setup for each physical device. The rate table is traditionally used to provide rate and volume counter information. You will also have to create the appropriate group, dataset, and remote records in RealTime database (RTDB). For more information, refer to Volume 1 of the RealTime Administrator documentation.

After setting up your rate, group, dataset, and remote records, you will need to ensure that your Common Utilities are configured to be used by the VFC. This includes defining your desired unit profile and creating your product type labels. For more information about configuring the common utilities, see Common Utilities.
