Calculate the tank time to fill/empty

The time to empty or fill the tank is calculated from the current flow rate out of or into the tank, and the volume to pump or volume to fill, as appropriate is displayed as hh:mm:ss (hour, minute, second). Only one is calculated at any given time, based on the direction of flow. The system displays both the actual time of day and minutes from the current time.

The flow rate can be used to get the Time To Fill/Empty value.

• If the tank is stationary (including having a low flow rate):

  Time To Fill/Empty = 0

If enabled, a warning alarm is issued if the Time To Fill/Empty value is less than the configured warning time.

Note: The time to empty/fill is only calculated when the flow rate is recalculated. It is not calculated on every poll cycle.
