Define Anomaly Detect records

Anomaly Detect (adetect) records are not required for general Batch Tracking operation. Adetect records are used when a detection device that detects a passing anomaly, most commonly a pig, is operating.
The Anomaly Detection utility in Batch Tracking does not handle the anomaly detection task itself. Instead, a customized Detector utility must be operating that signals detection to Batch Tracking by timestamping the adetect record.
Typically the Detector is scripted in the Application Calculation Engine (ACE) and is configured to run on a status point state change or series of state changes that signal the anomaly. When the Anomaly Detection utility is signaled of the anomaly arrival by the new timestamp, it compares the detected location to the predicted location and takes action if these locations differ beyond a configured limit.
